Meet LUCAS Leadership

LUCAS College is managed and administered by a strong team of seasoned high-profile academics and administrators. Their academic background and experience are used to develop the College and create an ideal learning environment for students, trainees and faculty.

Professor Paul N. Buatsi

Professor Paul N. Buatsi is the Chairman of Council, LUCAS Universities and Colleges. He holds a B.A. (Hons) in Geography, an MBA (Marketing) from the University of Ghana and a Ph.D in Business Administration. Professor Buatsi is a founding Fellow and past President of the Chartered Institute of Administrators and Management Consultants (Ghana) and of the West African Federation of Institutes of Management Consultants.

Toufic Joseph Tasso

Toufic Joseph Tasso is the President of LUCAS Universities and Colleges for Applied Sciences. He holds a Bachelor and a French Master in Business and Economics and an MBA with a major in Finance at HEC Paris. With partners led by Primecorp, he launched LUCAS College in Accra, the first university managed by his group in English-speaking Africa.

Dr. Hillar Komla Addo

Dr. Hillar Komla Addo is the Vice President of Academics at LUCAS Ghana. Dr. Hillar ADDO holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Sociology and Law from KNUST and a PhD in Information Studies (IS) from the University of Pretoria in South Africa.

John Yaw Amankrah

Mr. John Yaw Amankrah was trained as a Labour Market Expert by The World Bank Institute and Bureau of Labour Statistics of the US Department of Labour. He holds a BA (Hons) in Geography & Education, a Professional Executive Master of ADR degree and an MBA in Finance.

Vincent Afenyo

Mr. Vincent Kwami Afenyo is a Chartered Librarian and holds a BA, MA, and MPhil. from the University of Ghana, Legon. He has a Certificate in Chief Executive Programme, GIMPA, Accra and a Graduate Diploma in Management, IPMA, London.

Eddy Sader

Mr. Eddy Sader is a graduate from St Joseph University in Lebanon where he earned his Bachelor in Business Administration and then a Master in Management Information Systems. His career started in the IT industry where he was involved in systems analysis and development, as well as business development and administration.

Dr Sanwogou Soukipièba KOMBATÉ

 

Dr. Kombaté Sanwogou Soukipièba is a teacher-researcher; Academic Director of LUCAS Togo. He holds a PhD in Contemporary History from the University of Lome (Togo).
Dr. Kombaté is a member of the Laboratory of Labor Studies and Industrial Relations in Africa (LETRIA) of the University of Lome.
